DESCRIPTION

Many organizations are aware of the need for leaders to coach more and direct less, but struggle with how to assist their leadership teams in transforming their styles. Based on the bestselling book, Let Go to Lead, this webinar will cover the habits of leaders who engage their team for a more successful, positive, and enjoyable workplace for everyone. We’ll explore how to identify the need for developing your leaders in new ways for a continuous improvement culture and the common barriers that get in the way.
