OVERVIEW

This two day workshop is designed to prepare your organization with the Theory of Constraints (TOC) knowledge needed to achieve operational excellence (reducing cycle time, improving on time performance,) and how to leverage these improvements to attain a decisive competitive edge. It is best suited for teams, inclusive of decision makers, in order to obtain cross functional buy in necessary to remove systemic obstacles to flow.
Between sessions 1 & 2: Virtual and/or in person touch points in support of applied analysis of your home environment.

In the two full day sessions on February 26 and March 5 you will:

  • Identify the key constraints in your operations
  • Learn how to address these constraints to achieve operational excellence
  • Learn to leverage the operational excellence for healthy and sustainable growth
  • Hands-on application of TOC to your home environment
PRESENTER

Goldratt Consulting (GC), was founded by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt, the inventor of “Theory of Constraints” (TOC), as his global consultancy operating in all major continents. Our practice focuses on methods that systematically identify and remove constraints to achieve sustainable growth.

GC develops and implements growth strategies and holistic solutions for lifting market constraints that demand innovation in new product or service offerings, as well as operational constraints that call for process innovation to accomplish more with the limited resources available.
