How effective is your organization’s approach to enterprise excellence?
• Is it as good as people think?
• How well does your senior leadership perceive it; are they engaged?
• What does world-class operational excellence really look like?
• What next steps will accelerate your pathway to excellence?

Understanding the depth and breadth of highly effective improvement practices requires experience and practice. Learning to see what is happening beneath the surface is crucial.

This 2-day in-person workshop will enhance transformational change leaders’ abilities to assess enterprise excellence more effectively.

Key benefits:
• Gain a deeper understanding of highly effective improvement practices
• Enhance skills to assess & communicate your organization’s true improvement maturity

Using the AME Lean Sensei® assessment tool as a framework, participants will be challenged to “see” improvement capabilities through the AME Pathway to Excellence lens.  Participants will strengthen their assessment skills by evaluating a case study of a company with effective improvement practices and through two real-world ‘go and see’ activities where assessment teams practice assessing at the host facility.
Receive coaching from seasoned AME Pathway to Excellence examiners on how to see and gauge an organization’s improvement practices. The skills taught in this workshop can be applied to any assessment framework currently used by the participants’ company, as well as enable more effective assessment using the AME Lean Sensei® tool.

The workshop will empower participants’ to engage their senior leadership and drive their organization forward on a Pathway to Excellence, improving their effectiveness as change leaders.  The AME Lean Sensei offers a unique perspective compared to most internal assessment instruments; it’s focused on the organization’s improvement practices.

"Assessor training was an incredible value for our team. It is so difficult to aim for excellence without being able to assess our current state. We had four of our senior leaders attend and wish we had our whole team with us. Being able to be present with and learn from the industry leading assessors and to start to see with their eyes how to look past the surface for the system was a huge benefit."
-Marc Braun, Past President, Cambridge Air Solutions

"The Learning to assess excellence not only teaches the mechanics of how to perform a thorough assessment, but more importantly, helps you attain the right mindset to constructively assess an organization."
-Paul Waterman, VP Manufacturing, FLEXcon
