Join the AME Seattle Consortia for this interactive session to learn about the Lean Sensei tool from Michael Bremer, AME Awards VP, President of Cumberland Group, and leading thought leader of lean. Michael is passionate about improvement and seeing organizations do a better job of passionately engaging their team in getting better. The AME Lean Sensei tool is used by organizations to assess their current level of lean use and design a plan for improvement. This powerful tool has many applications and benefits. There are currently two version available, Manufacturing and Healthcare. AME members use the Lean Sensei to benchmark their organizations against distinguished AME Excellence Award recipient companies, and it is part of the Excellence Award assessment process.
