Culture is contagious if deployed correctly and during this two half day workshop we will explore examples of how you can eliminate waste throughout your company. The focus of manufacturing today is continuous improvement of safety, quality, productivity, delivery, morale, cost and inventory. The session will show different ways of addressing these focal points by using lean tools and creative employee thinking. Several case studies will be demonstrated with incredible results. This workshop highlights the critical elements and "must know" concepts for driving effective, positive change in your organization.
This two half day workshop will focus on the following:

Mark Preston is a trailblazer in the world of Lean manufacturing, whose expertise has reshaped operations for some of the most recognized global organizations. Beginning his Lean journey at TDK Electronics, Mark was trained in Japan on the foundational principles of Lean, directly from its source. His hands-on experience spans leadership roles at Respironics/Phillips and Acuity Brands Lighting, where he spearheaded multi-site Lean deployments and fostered operational excellence across international teams.
