DESCRIPTION

Whirlwind and firefighting tend to quickly take over the day. We get wrapped up in the things that are constantly pulling us away from our priorities and things we want to have the greatest impact on. As a leader those priorities are your people. Having a standard way of working helps realign you work to really define what’s important. It gives you a guide to keep you track even when the whirlwind tries to take over. Leader Standard Work (LSW) helps in the creation of new habits as a leader. These new habits allow you to spend more time being present, helping your team grow and develop problem solving skills, and sustaining changes and improvements. This is an interactive session where you will:

  • Focus on what it means to be a leader
  • Understand the value of LSW
  • Create a rough draft of your own LSW

This event does include pre-work. More information will be sent to participants closer to the event date.
