Treehouse (collaboration space) access We want to help you answer the question, "How far am I willing to go to work differently?" While each Field Day agenda is custom, we typically include conversations with a variety of Kaas team members, in-depth training on the 7 wastes, and an intro to the improvement tools we use. You will experience our huddles, culture training, team train, team clean, visual management tools, Kaizen problem-solving, Q & R with Kaas leadership and hands-on simulations. The goal is to focus on the thinking behind the tool, not just the tool itself.

Many seem willing to explore removing some as they return to work. Our hope is that our guests leave convicted that the principles are true (and always true), and they will not stop until flow is the norm.
