PARTICIPANT BENEFITS

We are always learning at work. Sometimes we learn to be quiet and keep our heads down. Sometimes, a simple change in a metric description or a question asked every day can excite a curiosity and energy to make things better, together.

Good questions invite thinking and engagement. You can learn to recognize shut-down questions, and practice question patterns to grow engaged people thinking scientifically.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Anyone who leads people, participates in meetings or wonders how to open up a work culture is the audience for this webinar.
