This is the first of a four-part series on Emotional Intelligence. The series will run from December 2024 through March 2025.

This session will focus on Self-Awareness.

In this session you will learn about the pivotal role of self-awareness in Emotional Intelligence and how leaders can either contribute to the success or the detriment of their teams based on their proficiency in EI.
