On this tour, attendees will see and hear an amazing story of employee engagement that includes all functions of the business, from administrative areas to the manufacturing floor. Attendees will see examples of various continuous improvement best practices such as:

  • Easy tracking and self-signups for CI foundational classes that reduced administrative work and missed classes
  • Regular CI corporate information drops utilizing tools you already own
  • The impact of continuous improvement Boards throughout the company
  • Walk of the production floor, including the redesigned shipping area and new product decoration methods
