Looking to explore lean and continuous improvement topics in greater depth? Register for an #AMEBoston workshop today.
An AME conference offers attendees several ways to gain insights and further their understanding of lean and continuous improvement: through keynotes, tours of manufacturing facilities, presentations/interactive sessions and networking events. One way to gain a deeper understanding of various continuous improvement topics is at a conference workshop.
This year, the conference team has put together another strong program of workshops that are sure to provide valuable tools for growth and excellence. Topics include: leadership, innovation, collaborative problem-solving, employee engagement, value stream mapping, finances/accounting and more.
Workshops are scheduled for Monday, October 9, Friday, October 13 and new this year in Boston…Tuesday evening, October 10.
Workshops co-chair Anne Graham says, “I’m impressed that this year’s workshop leaders all have powerful success stories, strategies, and tactics to share that demonstrate how to reap the rewards of engaging employees in meaningful work that makes a difference. In addition to the regular Monday and Friday workshops, two workshops have been added to Tuesday evening, and it’s a great way to get to know your fellow attendees if you’re new to AME. Get engaged in the workshops, and you’ll leave with highly effective ways to engage your teams.”
