From the CEO: Soaring toward growth — Launching AME’s inaugural event in Mexico

AME | June 4, 2025

As many of you may be watching with anticipation, the viral Big Bear Valley, California bald eagle chicks are beginning to hatch and take their first flights — a truly powerful and inspiring moment. These early flights are a reminder of the courage and resilience it takes to grow. I am hooked!

This mirrors the essence of continuous improvement philosophy that lies at the heart of AME. Much like the eagles, AME members move forward through persistence: trying, failing, learning and ultimately soaring higher. As an organization, we remain deeply committed to resilience, growth and the spirit of sharing, learning and growing together.

With that same spirit, I am thrilled to announce a major milestone: AME's inaugural event in Monterrey, Mexico! This exciting expansion into the Mexican manufacturing community marks the beginning of a broader initiative to connect and strengthen manufacturing excellence across North America. We’re proud to partner with CSCMP Mexico on this groundbreaking endeavor.

Of course, the value lies in the networking opportunities throughout the day. I would like to personally thank my friend, Javier Zarazua, Mexico CSCMP, for all his work on this incredible event.
