OVERVIEW

In this INTERACTIVE (Yes, for this webinar to be a success, I will need your help) we will discuss the strong ability of OHFED (Open, Honest, Fact-based, Empathetic, Dialogue) to solve most of the problems you have, at least those issues that are “people related.”  Do you have many problems that aren’t people related?”

We’ll parse the acronym OHFED paying particular attention to the difference between dialogue and discussion.  Then we will connect each of these aspects to the intrinsic needs that drive us to do what we truly “want to do.”  Well also discuss what drives us to do what we “have to do.”  Finally, we will connect all of this “want to do” and “have to do” to the three key characteristics of workforce engagement.

Please come with three examples of “issues” you currently have and we will discuss them and show how OHFED is the closest thing I have found to being a problem-solving panacea.

Come with an open mind.
Come with your curiosity at full speed and with your skepticism antennae at full extension.
Come prepared to learn, have some fun and make a difference.
