OVERVIEW

This two day in-person workshop is designed to prepare your organization with the Theory of Constraints (TOC) knowledge needed to achieve operational excellence, reduce cycle time and improve time performance. You'll also learn how to leverage these improvements to attain a decisive competitive edge. This workshop is best suited for teams, inclusive of decision makers, who wish to obtain the cross-functional buy-in necessary to eliminate systemic obstacles to flow.

Between two sessions, participants will engage in virtual and/or in-person touchpoints to support the applied analysis of their own operational environment.

In the two full-day sessions on April 10 and May 1, you will:

  • Identify the key constraints in your operations
  • Learn how to address these constraints to achieve operational excellence
  • Learn to leverage the operational excellence for healthy and sustainable growth
  • Hands-on application of TOC to your home environment
