Most AME Cleveland 2023 sessions, workshops, keynotes and exhibits will take place at the Huntington Convention Center, 300 Lakeside Ave E, Cleveland, OH 44113. Some sessions will take place at the adjoining Hilton Cleveland Downtown. AME room blocks are available at both the Hilton Cleveland Downtown (sold out) and neighboring Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower.

AME group room rate: $209 for single, double and triple occupancy plus applicable state and local taxes which are subject to change (currently 17.5%) in effect at the time of checkout.

- Individual reservations require a credit card guarantee. Guests must modify or cancel reservations no later than 48 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night’s room and tax.

Airport Ground Transportation
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is located 10 miles southwest of downtown. Limousine service, car rental shuttles and taxis are located outside the baggage claim level. An Uber of Lyft will cost about $20-40 each way. The RTA Red Line offers fast (just a 22-minute ride to/from Downtown Cleveland's Tower City Station) and inexpensive transit service ($2.75 per way current rate, subject to change.)

All participants at the AME 2023 International Conference are required to comply with applicable health-related policies in effect at each conference venue contracted by AME in relation to the conference. Additionally, AME recommends that all participants comply with travel guidelines issued by the CDC when traveling to Cleveland.
AME will follow the CDC guidelines for the state of Ohio as well as the guidelines in effect at the time of the conference for the Huntington Convention Center, Hilton Cleveland Downtown and Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower. This includes all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by AME, the host hotels, convention center, tour sites, and any other conference-related event venue, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing, the venue’s vaccine requirement, hand-sanitizing, and social distancing requirements to protect the health and safety of all event participants.
