Northeastern (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont): Looking for board members from all states
Mid-Atlantic (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.): One board opening in each of the following states: West Virginia and New York
Southeastern (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia): One board opening in each of the following states: Louisiana and South Carolina
Great Lakes (Ohio, Michigan and Indiana): Looking for board members from all states
Midwestern (Illinois and Missouri): Looking for board members from both states
North Central (Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin): Looking for board members from all states
Southwestern (Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Wyoming): Looking for two new board members (in total) from any of the states in the region
Western (Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington): One board opening in Idaho
Canada (Looking for board members from the west region of the country: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan): No current openings for other areas
If you are interested in serving on your regional board, please submit your resume/bio to info@ame.org and indicate the region in which you would like to serve. Current board members, especially the regional president and/or vice president, may reach out to you for an informal discussion to learn more about you. The board will then discuss your application and vote via email or at the next board meeting. You will be notified of the board’s decision within a few weeks.
