On April 27, AME had several really cool, smart kids come to visit. They came with their moms to learn about manufacturing and how exciting it is to work in manufacturing.
They listened to an expert, Burgess Oliver, tell them how to:
build bikes
planes
ballet slippers
outlets
The kids really enjoyed hearing about manufacturing and the future of manufacturing. The future involves really cool things like augmented reality and 3D printing.
The kids made pictures of what they learned. We are all excited about the future of manufacturing!
