How to submit your event

To host an event, complete and submit a meeting request form at least 8 weeks prior to the event date.

All events, free or paid, require a completed submission form in order to be processed.

The AME Home Team will post your event on the AME website and will notify you when complete.

Tips
• The meeting request form cannot be saved online, nor can you return to it later to complete. We recommend gathering all of your information before filling out the form.
• All events with expenses must submit a completed budget sheet for review pre-approval.
• All contracts, with or without a financial obligation, must be signed by AME Home Team. Regions are not authorized to contractually commit, verbally or in writing.

After your event is posted
- You may access the AME regional event calendar to check on registration status.
- Notify events@ame.org or call 224-232-5980 as soon as possible if you need to cancel an event.
Event marketing - The benefits of timely submission
- We recommend 8 weeks lead-time for events.
- The earlier an event is submitted, the more marketing it will receive.
