In their report, the AME assessment team noted they were impressed with the facility's commitment to ensuring the site successfully lived up to the credo established by Johnson & Johnson, of which Ethicon is a subsidiary. They also pointed out the organization's impressive commitment to teamwork, improvement and growth culture. Assessment team members noted, "Ethicon's leadership and plant employees can be proud of the site's manufacturing excellence achievements to date."
