Clint McCrystal is a leader in product development for TrailPath Workplace Solutions. With a background in lean six sigma, operations, training, and education, Clint has spent the greater part of his career guiding and teaching others. Clint is a thoughtful educator and training developer with a real sense of practical application and is very mindful in his approach to curriculum development. Prior to joining the TWS team, Clint developed people and processes as an operator, instructor, and consultant for multiple supply chain companies. In addition to his TWS role, Clint is also an adjunct professor at the University of Kentucky, teaching MBA students. Clint complements his professional experience with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and holds multiple Lean Six Sigma Certifications.
Ben Green is a seasoned people leader and expert in guiding clients through building Meaningful Employment Environments™. With extensive experience in HR and operations leadership, Ben has dedicated much of his career to leading teams and enhancing workplace environments. He is a people-focused, results-driven leader with a proven track record of transforming organizational policies and cultivating world-class workplaces. Ben has also contributed his expertise by serving on local workforce development boards and facilitating professional education courses with the Georgia Tech Supply Chain Institute. He holds a bachelor's degree in human resources and multiple Lean Six Sigma certifications
