OVERVIEW

This is the fourth of four sessions on Empowering Teams through Emotional Intelligence: Relationship Management. Learn about the pivotal role that relationship management in EI and how leaders can either contribute to the success or the detriment of their teams based on their EI proficiency. Leaders will learn to actively listen to others, receive criticisms positively and benefit from them develop the power to forgive, forget, and move on rationally.
