Billy Taylor is a distinguished Global Operation Strategist and former North America Director at Goodyear Tire. His exceptional skills and experience have enabled him to successfully lead and architect some of the most awarded operation turnarounds in the manufacturing industry.
At Goodyear, Billy’s deep experience with strategy development, deployment, and execution led him to spearhead multiple turnarounds within the company. He eventually earned the position of senior operations executive, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s leadership team that improved earnings from -$38 million to over $1 billion.
Today, Billy is a highly respected figure in the global manufacturing industry, universities, international conferences, and the U.S. military. His trusted LinkedXL process featured in his best-selling book The Winning Link is widely recognized for building effective business operating systems that help global brands achieve breakthrough and record-breaking results. Robert Martichenko is a visionary business leader and the Board Chair of TrailPath Workplace Solutions. He is an entrepreneur, educator, business author, poet, and novelist. Previously, Robert was the founder and CEO of the LeanCor Supply Chain Group, an organization focused on implementing continuous improvement across the end- to- end supply chain.
A continuous thought leader, Robert sits on multiple advisory boards, including Chair for the American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN) and the executive board for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME).
He has received several prominent industry awards, most notably, the Distinguished Service Award from the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), the highest recognition achievable for professionals in the supply chain industry.
Robert has written and co-written award-winning business books and multiple articles related to lean, operational excellence, supply chain management and leadership. In addition, he published a fiction novel, “Drift and Hum,” which won multiple awards, including the IBPA Benjamin Franklin Gold Winner award for best first book fiction. He has also written poetic verse for two children’s books.
He is an active volunteer and member of the business community and is passionate about the Human Side of Industry, enterprise excellence, the future of workforce development and creating Meaningful Employment
Environments.
Robert complements his professional experience with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, an MBA in finance, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Born in Timmins Ontario, Canada, Robert and his family have resided in the Unites States for the last three decades.
