At Oryx doors and windows we will be touring: Customised Installation Vehicles (CIVs), Lean toolboxes, and Showroom Lean kitchen and bathroom – kanban system. Training Academy Fabrication unit – screens for high visibility, kanban system for stock, factory layout and shadow boards, and SSF achievements. Warehouse and logistics – floor layout, colour-coded labelling system, neat storage, and the loading dock with materials for next day’s installations. The use of the BBI system on Zoho Lean meetings (in the morning).

Guy Dawson, President and CEO of Oryx Doors and Windows began the Oryx journey in 2011and continuously developed and expanded the product line to become a major supplier of these products in that geographical region.
