As we welcome the new year, I’m filled with energy and a renewed sense of purpose. A new year is a great time to reflect on the past, learn from challenges (and haven’t we all had many?) and set meaningful goals for the future.
A new year reminds me of the importance of adaptability. My mentor and AME founder, Robert “Doc” Hall, reminded me repeatedly in my early days with AME that we always need to be adaptable. And goodness, haven’t we all needed to be agile in the last few years? The world is ever-changing, and the ability to adapt and adjust is critical.
This year’s no exception. We are adjusting our strategies to achieve our objective of providing the best products and services for our members. I am also reminded that our mission is to share, learn and grow. Each of these words support important pillars of what it means to be a part of AME.
