Dr. Linda Gale Jones brings over 35 years of experience from her tenure at Procter & Gamble, spanning six locations. With a background in chemical engineering and expertise in human resources management, she held leadership roles in operational management, marketing logistics and organizational development.

Throughout her career, Dr. Jones drove internal organizational leadership initiatives and contributed to external organizational development consulting. She led efforts in integrating HR systems, restructuring organizational cultures and implementing strategic business initiatives. Notably, she facilitated corporate training sessions on team building and aligned diverse company cultures with the parent company's vision, ensuring both people and business success.

A standout achievement includes her leadership in integrating an international business unit, resulting in remarkable performance levels and profitability. Dr. Jones is passionate about facilitating transformative experiences for individuals and empowering leaders to achieve desired outcomes.

She holds a master of science in human resources management from Troy University and professional certifications in human resources and minority leadership from institutions like Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Dr. Jones earned a Ph. D. in biblical studies and bachelor and master degrees in bible from Immanuel Baptist Theological Seminary.

Beyond her corporate career, Dr. Jones is actively engaged in community service and personal development pursuits. She serves as a director of Christian education, minister and group leader at Emmanuel Life and Worship Center, demonstrating her commitment to spiritual enrichment and community engagement.

Dr. Timothy M. Williams Sr. is a distinguished leader at the helm of the Org-Transformation Group, leveraging his visionary leadership to propel organizations toward excellence. With an illustrious career spanning nearly four decades, Dr. Williams has left an indelible mark on engineering, manufacturing and human resources, holding pivotal roles at esteemed companies such as Procter & Gamble and Kodak.

As the global HR director for Kodak's Print Systems Division, Dr. Williams showcased his adeptness at navigating and supporting diverse organizations both domestically and internationally. His unparalleled combination of expertise in engineering, manufacturing operations and HR positions him as a unique authority in leadership, management and organizational development.

At the Org-Transformation Group, under Dr. Williams' guidance, the mission is clear — to provide customized organization advisory services, arming business leaders with the knowledge, methods and tools essential for propelling their organizations to peak performance.
