Please note:
- Individual reservations require a credit card guarantee. Guests must modify or cancel reservations no later than 48 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night’s room and tax.
- The AME group rate cut-off date is Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date may not be eligible for the AME group rate.
- The Marriott St. Louis Grand is a smoke-free property.
- The AME group rate includes access to complimentary basic wifi and is available pre- and post-conference dates, based on availability, so you can extend your stay and explore all that St. Louis has to offer!
- Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Hotel parking: Guests booked within the AME block will receive a 10% discount off the 2025 published overnight self-parking rate, currently $40 daily and subject to change. Valet parking is currently $58 daily and is not discounted for AME.

When should you arrive to and depart from St. Louis?
The conference begins at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct 7. If you plan on attending a Monday tour or workshop, you can opt to arrive Sunday night or Monday morning. The conference ends at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct 9, so you have plenty of time to catch a late afternoon flight.

Health and safety
All participants at the AME 2025 International Conference are required to comply with applicable health-related policies in effect at the conference venues contracted by AME in relation to the conference. Additionally, AME recommends that all participants comply with travel guidelines issued by the CDC when traveling to St. Louis.
AME will follow the CDC guidelines for the state of Missouri as well as the guidelines in effect at the time of the conference for the Marriott St. Louis Grand and America's Center. This includes all health and safety procedures that may be implemented by AME, the host hotel, tour sites, and any other conference-related event venue, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing, the venue’s vaccine requirement, hand-sanitizing and social distancing requirements to protect the health and safety of all event participants.
