Empowering lean

This tour is an excellent opportunity for those interested in lean practices to gain practical insights and inspiration. Whether you're just beginning your lean journey or looking to overcome challenges and build momentum, this tour is designed to help you.

Participants will join Commercial Electronics (CE) team members as they share their passion for continuous improvement. The tour will showcase the incremental changes made through daily lean practices, highlighting how CE fosters a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Attendees will see firsthand the improvements in various departments, including receiving, shipping, repair assembly lines, accounting and customer service.

The agenda starts with arrival and networking at 8:00 a.m. The morning continues with a CE morning meeting and then breaks out into groups for four tour stops, each lasting 30 minutes. The tour concludes with a panel Q&A session, providing an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and gain deeper insights.
