The 41st annual AME International Conference will take place in St. Louis, Missouri on October 6 - 9, 2025 at America's Center. Your registration grants you access to inspiring keynotes, knowledge sharing from industry practitioners through interactive sessions and presentations, best practice tours of local companies, networking with AME's global lean community, and so much more. Access to on-demand content is available with your conference registration.

POLICY AND TERMS:
All pricing listed in U.S. dollars. Pricing is member-based and per registrant. Non-members have the option to become an AME member and pay the membership fee or pay the $150 non-member fee. Registration must be paid within the timeframe of the offer in order to receive that tier of pricing. Buy an individual registration now at the lowest price and assign a name to the registration later.

Note that some of our sessions and tours may not be made available on-demand after the conference at the request of the presenter and/or host company or if technical limitations arise. When possible, recorded content will be identified in advance of the conference so participants know what elements they will not have access to in the on-demand library. AME is not responsible for changes to availability that are outside of its control due to technology, recording or other unforeseen issues. Additionally, some programming elements will only be available in-person.

In-person capacities may be limited due to safety precautions and restrictions in place at the time of the conference.

Registration fees must be paid in full before the conference start date. If full payment has not been received, registrations will be canceled. This applies to registrants submitting bank/wire transfers, checks, and credit card payments that are incomplete for any reason.

• MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and checks are accepted.

All team registrations are invoiced at the AME member price. An additional $150 will be applied to an individual registration if it is confirmed that the attendee is not a current AME member in good standing.

ON-DEMAND CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PRICING:
Cost is $450.

CONFERENCE WEEK PRICING PAYMENT TERMS:
Full payment must be received at the time of registration in order to get conference week pricing.

LOWEST PRICING PAYMENT TERMS:
Full payment must be received by February 28, 2025, to get the discounted pricing. After this date the next pricing tier will apply. 

WORKSHOPS:
AME will offer full- and half-day pre-conference in-person workshops for those looking to maximize learning on select topics. There is an additional charge for workshops, and advance registration is required. Full-day workshops are $400 for members and non-members. Half-day workshops are $200 for members and non-members.

STUDENT PRICING:
AME is happy to welcome the next generation of lean thinkers and doers to its annual conference. Students (or their college, university, or technical school) interested in attending the conference with discounted student pricing should call us at 224-232-5980 for more information and to register. Note: must be 21 to attend in person.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received before June 30, 2025, will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after June 30, 2025, will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be provided after September 1, 2025. Alternatively, you may choose to send a substitute attendee in your place (an additional fee may apply depending upon the membership status of the substitute). GROUP DISCOUNTS:
Registration codes will be provided for members of your group upon receipt of payment. All team registrations are invoiced at the AME member price. An additional $150 will be applied to an individual registration if it is confirmed that the attendee is not a current AME member in good standing.

PARTICIPATION LIMIT:
Conference registration allows only the registered attendee access to the Attendee Hub website /conference app to participate in the conference program. Only one person may participate per login address.

RECORDING:
If sessions are recorded, by participating, you grant AME, or anyone authorized by AME the right to use or publish in print or electronic medium any photograph or video containing your image or likeness for educational, news, or promotional purposes without compensation.
