Description
Essex has been on its lean journey for two years. This tour will take you through areas where Essex has successfully implemented lean tools as well as areas where it still needs to improve. You will see and learn about 5S, SMED and visual management, employee engagement and more. Discover how Essex is using 3D printing and a vinyl printer to enhance its 5S program. Finally, Essex will share its new lean training certification program and related insights.
A background check is required to attend this tour. Participant and company names will be checked against the government consolidated screening database, which verifies participants are U.S. citizens with no issues with the U.S. government.
