Speakers: Brian Duffy / Tonja Rammel

Brian Duffy, the director of corporate environmental and manufacturing safety at Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen, OH, is responsible for EH&S compliance in the company’s worldwide operations. A registered environmental manager and a certified hazardous materials manager, Duffy has a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in environmental planning from Arizona State University. He has worked at Crown more than 26 years and in the EH&S field more than 35 years.

Tonja Rammel, with more than 20 years’ experience in the environmental health and safety (EH&S) field, is the EH&S manager at Crown Equipment Company. Rammel has a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health. Her leadership helped Crown’s New Knoxville facility achieve the first Ohio EPA Gold Award for Encouraging Environmental Excellence; as a result of this award, Crown received the 2014 Most Valuable Pollution Prevention Award from the National Pollution Prevention Roundtable.
