AME Dallas 2016 registration fees

Full-price individual registration: $2,399 AME member / $2,549 non-member 

Last Chance Discount special through June 30, 2016 

1-9 people (save $100): $2,299 AME member / $2,449 non-member

International (outside of North America) (save $300): $2,099 AME member / $2,249 non-member

Teams of 10-24 (save $200): $2,199 AME member / $2,349 non-member

Teams of 25+ (save $300): $2,099 AME member / $2,249 non-member

Terms:
Payment must be received by July 31, 2016 to receive the special pricing. If payment is not received by due date, AME will reissue an invoice at the price level currently being offered. All pre-purchased TBD registrations are invoiced at the AME member price. An additional $150 Non-member fee will be applied to the registration if it is confirmed that the attendee is not a current AME member in good standing.
Cancellation Policy:
Registrations may be cancelled by July 31, 2016 with a full refund. Cancellations received after that date until September 26, 2016 will be refunded less a $300 administrative fee. After September 26, 2016 no refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be emailed to: conference@ame.org.
Note:
On behalf of our host plants, AME may have to preclude some attendees from participating in plant tours due to the proprietary nature of some information presented. Attendees may be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before participating in a plant tour.

The great depth and breadth of our presentations means that you will always find something relevant— an idea, a concept or a success story—that you can use. We showcase industry leaders who are articulate advocates for change will present to you how you can achieve the change you seek! Value stream presentations are given by practitioners. Attend as many presentations as you would like, there is no need to sign up in advance. Change value stream tracks as often as you like.

40+ LOCAL BEST PRACTICE TOURS

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
AME offers tours of industry leaders’ facilities so that you can see what really works. We make sure that you get to see “hands-on” tools and skills. All conference attendees receive a tour to a site of their choice. Restrictions and requirements for the tour must be respected. Lunch will be served off-site as part of the tour for those tours gone over the lunch hour. You may sign up for a tour online beginning Monday, September 12. Tours typically last 3-5 hours.

We’ve gathered experienced continuous improvement pioneers as hosts, panelists and presenters. Join any one of these interactive sessions around topics of special interest to our members. Attend as many sessions as you would like.

In-depth half- and full-day pre- and post- conference workshops provide attendees solid, lean, practical thinking. 
Full-day workshops: 8 hours / $300 / Monday only
Half-day workshops: 4 hours / $200 / Monday/Friday
You may register for pre- and post-conference workshops beginning Monday, September 12. 

50+ LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER (EXHIBITS)

Learning resource center exhibitors are strongly aligned with our conference. You don’t become a learning resource center exhibitor unless your product or service is versed in lean thinking and continuous improvement. Exhibits are included with conference registration fee.

Enjoy dinner and networking with small group of fellow attendees at a local restaurant. Cost of dinner on own.

AME Amazing Race
