Speaker: Mike Osterling

Mike Osterling, the president of Osterling Consulting, Inc., has more than 30 years’ leadership experience. He previously worked at Schneider Electric and guided the lean transformation at several plants. He is among the founders of the San Diego State University lean enterprise certificate program. Osterling has an MBA degree and a B.S. degree in production and operations management. He is a certified trainer for the implementation of lean manufacturing (University of Kentucky). Osterling earned a six sigma black belt. He co-authored Value Stream Mapping: How to Visualize Work and Align Leadership for Organizational Transformation as well as Metrics-Based Process Mapping: Identifying Waste in Office and Service Environments and The Kaizen Event Planner.
