Speaker: Tim Pettry

Tim Pettry is a process improvement specialist with the Cleveland Clinic. He focuses on continuous improvement (CI) systems and tools to take the clinic to the next level in its CI journey through organizational assessments and competency development. Prior to joining the Cleveland Clinic team in 2008, Pettry had 18 years’ experience at the Ford Motor Company. He served as a Ford Production System (FPS) coach for the Powertrain Division and FPS coordinator at the Ford Cleveland manufacturing site. He is a lead examiner for the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence and has served as an examiner since 1996. Pettry earned an MBA degree from Cleveland State University and a B.S. degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University. He is lean bronze certified.
