Begin a journey of discovery into leadership behaviors and the skills needed for success. An engaged and thriving culture is a key differentiator for success in today's globally competitive marketplace. The question is: How does leadership curate this culture? This workshop will challenge current leadership beliefs and will equip your leaders to stand out from the competition.
Leaders in your organization are the key to attracting and retaining great people. Leaders inspire and engage individuals to utilize their talents and skills to grow themselves and the organization and to achieve operational excellence. Front line leaders are probably the most critical. Leadership is not an innate skill, it is developed through learning, experience and practice. So, what are you doing to develop your leaders and to distinguish them from the rest of the competition?
Most organizations struggle to find great (or even just average) talent and then only use a fraction of the brilliant abilities and brainpower that exists in their organizations. This workshop will explore leadership behaviors and management systems that support a thriving engaged culture to tap into this underutilized resource and attract and maintain great talent. Interactive exercises, discussions, and reflection will provide participants with an immersive learning experience to help them build strong relationships, develop capability, and drive continuous improvement to achieve the value driven purpose of the organization.
How to simply and easily:
- Build strong relationships founded on trust and humility
- Utilize the practice of reflection to lead more effectively
- Build a culture of gratitude
- Improve your listening skills
- Give and get more infromative feedback
- Coach to promote reflection and growth and to drive continuous improvement
- Build critical thinking skills in yourself and others
- Coach instead of using effective confrontation to achieve life changing outcomes
- Utilize Lean/CI skills to build leadership skills and vice versa
Participants will leave with practical tips and exercises that they can utilize immediately in their organizations and personal lives.
