JHF is an ESOP, which allows them to utilize employee ownership to drive a culture of continuous improvement. The company has several departments — some are very early in their journey while some are a further down the path. Their continuous improvement has been heavily focused on the non-manufacturing part of business. JHF teams have focused on MDI, problem solving and value stream mapping. The employees utilize the business excellence tools to improve the customer experience, improve quality of work environment and drive the performance of their company.
