Presenter
Matthew Babcock received his B.S and M.E. in industrial engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. As an enterprise excellence manager at A.O. Smith, Babcock's role is to work with internal business unit continuous improvement leaders to develop training and content that aligns with the business’s strategy. Followed by mentoring the initial adoption of the training content.
Babcock's industry experience began with business lean transformations as a member of Simpler Consulting, an IBM company. His role evolved from data & analytics to coaching daily improvement, emphasizing daily management systems. Babcock also worked as a continuous improvement manager for Jeld-Wen in Statesville, NC.
