This session is designed for participants to share and learn from one another, not for passive observation. For the best experience, all participants need to be engaged with camera on, using the chat option, and participate wherever possible during the hour. But don’t worry, the session will have a facilitator who will help direct the conversations and sharing so everyone will have an opportunity to get involved!
Overview
From just do it (JDI), 3C, A3 problem solving and Six Sigma, engaging all employees in a problem-solving methodology is a fundamental step on the lean journey. What approaches and methods to problem solving have you applied in your organization? What have been the big successes and the key learning points when its failed? In this idea exchange, share any problem-solving approaches, lessons and pitfalls you have encountered on your own journey.
