Highlights

Come share your experiences and learn from the experiences of others by sharing best practices, what worked for you, what didn’t and what challenges you are facing. This session is designed for participants to share and learn from one another, not for passive observation. For the best experience, all participants need to be engaged with camera on, using the chat option, and participate wherever possible during the hour. But don’t worry, the session will have a facilitator who will help direct the conversations and sharing so everyone will have an opportunity to get involved!

Overview

From tiered meetings to leader standard work, a daily management system helps organizations move from daily fire fighting to being in control of their processes. What daily management system have you developed in your organization? How have you created effective daily routines and habits? Has your system improved your problem-solving capability or linked to other systems such as policy deployment? What successes have you had? What key lessons can you share with the group?
