About Aimee Peacock
Aimee Peacock is the chief executive officer of Flexcon, a global leader in coated and laminated films and adhesives used in both functional components for manufactured goods and high-performance graphics applications.
Under her leadership, Flexcon has entered a dynamic era of innovation, earning recognition as one of the "Best Managed Companies" for two consecutive years. Peacock’s leadership is defined by a strong commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth and community engagement.
Prior to her current role, Peacock served as Flexcon’s chief financial officer, where she led finance, IT, global supply chain and transportation & logistics. Her earlier career includes serving as Division CFO at Brooks Automation, supporting both the Semiconductor Solutions and Life Sciences Divisions.
Peacock holds a bachelor of science in business administration & accounting from the University of New Hampshire, is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and earned an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation and Technology from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Peacock is a passionate advocate for women in business and a dedicated mentor to emerging leaders — both within Flexcon and at local colleges — focusing on career growth, leadership and courage. She actively supports several community foundations, including the Women’s Initiative, Girls Inc. and the EcoTarium, reflecting her deep commitment to empowering future generations and supporting STEM education.
