Robert Cartia is a global operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading strategy development, execution and the continuous improvement of daily management systems to drive organizational growth. He has successfully led teams ranging from five to more than 100 people and managed budgets between $2 million and $100 million. His leadership has contributed to more than $1 billion in contribution margin impact.
George Young has over 30 years of experience in business management and consulting, serving Fortune 500 brands across industries. In 2004, he co-founded Kalypso, helping major companies innovate through a digital value chain approach. After Kalypso was acquired by Rockwell Automation in 2020, Young became the senior principal of lifecycle services, leading global digital services initiatives and advancing consultative selling across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Young worked in R&D and business management at BFGoodrich, earning four U.S. patents, and later became a partner at Deloitte, focusing on product development. A passionate mentor, he has championed diversity and leadership development throughout his career and authored "13 Steps to Mindful Consulting."
Young holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Rice University and a bachelor’s in chemistry from Youngstown State. A lifelong musician, he performs with Vernon Trumbull and his Kinsmen and considers Cleveland, Houston, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Belize home.
