Overview

When the Empire set out to build, they created the most innovative, extravagant machines they could. Focusing on developing technology rather than a foundation of operational excellence led to their ultimate demise.

Join forces with Skyler Coleman in a collaborative, hands on session as Coleman discusses the pitfalls of traditional improvement mindsets and how to shift to a mindset that focuses on foundational lean concepts, people and culture to drive sustained improvements across the value stream.

Key learning objectives
  1. Don't forget the "WHY"
  2. People and culture come first
  3. Design for lean six Ssigma
  4. Growth vs. stagnation
  5. Hands-on exercise that can be applied immediately
