Benita Tursic leads the Aluminum Trophy and Print Center teams at O.C. Tanner. She oversees the production of custom packaging, sticker and yearbook printing, and aluminum trophies. She also currently oversees O.C. Tanner’s Gemba Audit system, ensuring that the systems supporting O.C. Tanner’s people and production are thriving. Benita shows her team members they can trust her by investing in their development, encouraging idea sharing, and empowering them to thrive at work. She began her career at O.C.Tanner 25 years ago as a team member, and worked her way up into a management role. Over the past decade, Benita has successfully led various production teams, including Merchandising, Distribution, Rings & Cast Trophy, and most recently, the Aluminum Trophy team. Benita has a strong aptitude for process definition and refinement. Her leadership is marked by innovation, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
