Overview
We are in the middle of a workforce crisis, and it is only going to intensify. Population demographics and shifting societal attitudes are changing the nature of work and the relationships between people and their employment environments.
This workshop is designed to help you meet the modern challenges of a shrinking workforce, changing employee attitudes and the recognition that people have choices. Learn a new path for a workplace where all people grow and thrive through dignity and meaningful work and a belief that the foundation of every organization is its people. Discover an awareness and understanding of the significant financial and non-financial opportunities associated with workforce stability. This workshop will introduce to the MEE Business System, a modern framework that creates workplaces where trust has been established, fundamental people needs are being met, the work environment is participatory and the work itself is meaningful in such a way that both organizations and people thrive.
Connecting years of work in lean and operational excellence, join the TrailPath Workplace Solutions team in this innovative and interactive workshop where you will learn to create a Meaningful Employment Environment (MEE™) for all team members.
