Join TechOps on a tour that showcases continuous improvement fueled by the theory of constraints and lean.
Overview
Continuous improvement is embedded in everything TechOps does, and it creates a world-class maintenance organization. This tour will include a microcosm of TechOps capabilities in engine, component and aircraft maintenance, engine disassembly and assembly, repair and support, subassemblies, and more. About 15 years ago, TechOps leadership started a journey of the Theory of Constraints and Lean to greatly improve engine and component processing. This never-ending journey is what you will be viewing, along with the best aviation culture in the business.
Please note: Personal identification: Everyone must have government identification (passport or driver’s license). Certain items and aircraft are prohibited from being photographed on this tour. The tour site will provide safety glasses and bump caps for hangar access.
