Unlocking success: Mastering the Connected Business Model (CBM™) for business success at every level of your organization

Topic(s)

This content will not be available on-demand.

Overview

This workshop will immerse participants in a next-generation Lean experience in creating (or improving) how an organization defines, aligns and executes a winning strategy. The workshop will demonstrate and actively take participants through each step of defining, aligning and executing a strategy, incorporating both visual and virtual methodologies. The workshop will explain how participants can tailor this approach to their environment and culture. The fundamentals of this approach will be driven home not only by hands-on examples but also by participants’ creation of a strategy that will allow them to bring this approach back to their business.

Once applied in this workshop, the connected business model elements will make the participants passionate about applying this approach within their organization. One of the tools supporting this process is the CBM™ software, which is provided to users as part of the workshop (for a 3-month trial period). The ideal participant in this workshop will recognize that their organization is not executing to its full potential, and after completing this workshop, the participant will have a proven, demonstrated, and understood approach to transforming their organization.

Key learning objectives

2. Master the Connected Business Model (CBM™) approach through the use of a cloud-based CBM™ tool to facilitate an end-to-end process
3. Know how to make transformational change within your organization

Interactive components

Participants will work in small groups to apply the Connected Business Model (CBM™). Participants will create a strategy using supplied materials as well as interactively on their tablet/computer. There will be a simulation of how an operating system can provide governance and sustainability and impact the success of a connected strategy.
