Overview

Why does it feel so hard to cultivate a positive culture? Why are we all feeling so much stress, anxiety and frustration?

Mental fitness is the X-factor for transforming a workplace culture to one that thrives, anchored in deep empathy, mutual respect and inclusion. And it starts with us as individuals.

The more mentally fit you are, the more you’ll be able to handle the stress, anxiety and frustrations that come from work and personal life challenges. This includes relationships and how you engage with others like your colleagues, partner and children. Your level of mental fitness is directly linked to increased energy, performance and innovation so you can lead positive change in your life and ripple it out through the culture that surrounds you.

The bad news is that 80% of people score below the minimum level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness. The good news is that, just like physical fitness, you can boost your mental fitness significantly with practice.

During this interactive workshop, we will unpack:
1. The three core muscles at the root of mental fitness
2. How you tend to sabotage your happiness, well-being and performance with 3. Saboteurs like the Judge, the Controller, the Hyper-Achiever, the Pleaser and six others
4. How to detect when a Saboteur has hijacked your brain
5. Strategies and practices to build your mental muscles so you can intercept and redirect your Saboteur thought and action

Key learning objectives

1. Implement the three-step process to shift your mind from Saboteur survival mode to sage thriving mode, enabling you to handle challenges and stresses with clear-headed, laser-focus
2. Apply mental fitness skills and practices to better handle relationship conflicts and show up with greater empathy toward others
3. Assess when a Saboteur has hijacked your brain and intercept and redirect the thoughts and actions to create a more positive culture

Interactive components

In this workshop, there will be audience polls throughout, live practices and exercises so the audience can practice together. There will be large group discussions and audience sharing.

Company

If you’re tired of feeling stuck, then we need to talk. I’m Amy, your life transformation coach. I help women to rediscover their inner power and pursue their big dreams because I know what it’s like to feel stuck…

For nearly four decades, I lived a life dictated by the “shoulds” of everyone around me: family, school, culture, work and media. I felt unfulfilled but was crippled by my own insecurities and vulnerabilities.

It was a long journey for me to make peace with my own fears and insecurities. To find the courage to pick up my fountain pen and own my story.

Now: My mission is to empower women to boldly grab their fountain pen so they can finally be the author of their life story. Because I don’t want you to lose any more precious moments waiting. https://amyyipcoaching.com
