Format

Practitioner Presentation

Topic(s)

Overview

The perception that “change” is something employees don’t want is not true in most cases. We have all heard stories of the long-term employee who will or will not resist change. It is often our human nature and the approach to change that causes this reaction from employees. What are the root causes of this issue of driving change and what can we do about it? This session will explain why we humans have these tendencies and how we can help employees go from resistance to embracing change.
