Presenter

Justin Sturek is a continuous improvement manager at The Raymond Corporation for the corporate office. He is responsible for developing a culture of continuous improvement across 35 teams and 800+ associates. Sturek joined Raymond in 2013 and has 16 years of experience in continuous improvement initiatives. Before joining Raymond, he worked as a supervisor for Amphenol Aerospace, an electronic connector manufacturer located in Sidney, New York, and a lean leader and industrial engineer for six years at Endicott Interconnect, a leading printed circuit board manufacturer.

Sturek holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Binghamton University. In 2012, he received an executive master’s degree in business administration from the Binghamton University School of Management. Sturek also earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2017. He was recognized as one of the 2018 Engineering Leaders Under 40 by Plant Engineering. Currently, he is a board member for the Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME) Mid-Atlantic region, serving more than three years.
