About Lindsey Brackett

Lindsey Brackett, the chief empowerment officer of Legacy FM, LLC, is a dedicated professional, keynote speaker, and educator committed to empowering and elevating the facilities management industry. With a passion for empowering individuals in facilities management, Brackett brings a wealth of expertise as a certified healthcare constructor, certified healthcare facility manager, certified healthcare physical environment worker, certified healthcare operations professional, and a senior-designated member of The American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE).

Since 2010, Brackett has provided innovative solutions to facilities management teams, offering services such as staff assessments and training. Her commitment to education is evident through her leadership in developing and managing over 150 educational resources. Currently, Brackett serves on the ASHE Advisory Board (associate member representative), acts as an Advisory Board liaison to the ASHE Sustainability Committee, and contributes as a member of the ASHE Members Tools Committee.

In addition to her role at Legacy FM, Brackett proudly holds the position of chair of the Board at the Women in Healthcare – Phoenix Chapter. She also serves as the education chair for the Central Arizona Society for Healthcare Engineering and her local ASHE-affiliated chapter. She is also a governing board member for the FM Pipeline — a non-profit organization dedicated to filling the skilled trades pipeline in the facilities management industry.

Brackett has authored numerous articles and white papers for the facilities management industry, including valuable contributions to ASHE's YouTube channel. Her role as a former ASHE faculty for various educational programs and a content contributor to ASHE's Sustainability Guide, published in 2021, reflects her unwavering dedication to advancing the field.
