Highlights
Join Rob Hogan and Josh Buchanan as they discuss their reverse mentoring relationship and how it impacted their relationship and provided professional development opportunities.
Overview
Reverse mentorship is a new way to connect executive leadership to rising leaders for shared learning experiences, closing generational gaps and cultivating information with authority. This concept swaps the traditional mentoring roles, where a senior leader is mentored by a newer team member, which creates a variety of learning and insight for both parties.
